Hannah Zey\u00dfig von der Verbraucherzentrale NRW erkl\u00e4rt, dass Paprikakerne Ballaststoffe liefern, welche die Verdauung unterst\u00fctzen. Zudem enthalten sie sekund\u00e4re Pflanzenstoffe wie Carotinoide und Polyphenole, die antioxidative, antimikrobielle, entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antidiabetische sowie krebshemmende Eigenschaften besitzen.
