Hier wurde uns im Detail die Verarbeitung von Speiseoliven erkl\u00e4rt. Die Qualit\u00e4t der Oliven, das sorgf\u00e4ltige Sortieren und Klassifizieren sowie die sorgsame Bearbeitung und die lange Reifezeit in der Lake ergeben wunderbar aromatische Oliven.
