Nach neunzehn Jahren Lagerung in alten Oloroso-Sherry- und Bourbonf\u00e4ssern und weiteren zwei Jahren Reife in Madeiraf\u00e4ssern ist aus Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 Years Old ein goldener Schatz geworden. Sein Aroma besteht aus Frucht-, Gew\u00fcrz- und R\u00f6stnoten. Es erinnert im Geschmack an N\u00fcsse und Rosinen und offenbart sich im Abgang intensiv mit einem Hauch von Lakritz. Der 21 Years Old ist ein Whiskey von betr\u00e4chtlicher Tiefe und bietet ein elegantes Zusammenspiel von s\u00fc\u00df und trocken. Darauf \u2013 und damit \u2013 trinkt es sich dann gut auch ohne Spruch.<\/p>\n
